1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the AdultWorld platform at adultworld.ai ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use this Platform. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age and that the use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. We reserve the right to verify your age at any time, including through third-party age verification services. Access from jurisdictions where adult content is prohibited is not permitted.

3. Account Registration and Security

To use certain features of the Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that we reasonably believe have been compromised. You may not transfer, sell, or share your account with any other person.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Harassment— Bullying, threatening, intimidating, or otherwise harassing other users.
• Fraud— Misrepresenting your identity, using fake profiles, or engaging in deceptive practices.
• Spam— Sending unsolicited bulk messages, promotional content, or repetitive communications.
• Illegal content— Uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that is illegal in the United Kingdom or the jurisdiction in which you reside.
• Underage content— Any content depicting or involving persons under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
• Solicitation outside the Platform — Attempting to move transactions or communications off the Platform to circumvent fees or safety measures.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate account suspension or permanent termination, and we may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

5. Content Ownership and Licence

You retain full ownership of all content you upload to the Platform, including photos, text, and other media. By posting content on the Platform, you grant AdultWorld a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, limited licence to display, distribute, and reproduce your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform. This licence terminates when you remove your content or delete your account, except where copies have been shared by other users or are required for legal compliance.

6. Credits System

The Platform uses a virtual currency system ("Credits"). Credits are purchased with EUR via Stripe and can be used for platform features including messaging and LiveCam sessions. Key terms:

• Credits are virtual currency with no cash value outside the Platform.
• All credit purchases are processed in EUR through Stripe.
• Credits are non-refundable once used for any Platform service.
• The Platform applies a commission of 15% on messaging transactions and 30% on LiveCam sessions. The remaining balance is credited to the receiving user.
• Unused credits may be eligible for refund within 14 days of purchase, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.
• Credits are non-transferable between accounts.

7. Subscription Terms

Certain features of the Platform may require a paid subscription. Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Free trial periods, where offered, convert to paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial expires. Subscription fees are non-refundable for partial billing periods.

8. Messaging Rules

When using the Platform's messaging system, you must adhere to the following rules:

• No harassment, threats, hate speech, or abusive language.
• No spam or unsolicited bulk messaging.
• No solicitation to move conversations or transactions off the Platform.
• No sharing of personal contact information in initial messages (phone numbers, external email addresses, or social media handles).

We reserve the right to monitor messages for compliance and safety purposes. Violations may result in messaging restrictions or account termination.

9. LiveCam Rules

LiveCam sessions are subject to the following rules:

• All participants must be verified adults (18+).
• Both parties must consent to the session. Either party may end the session at any time.
• Recording, screenshotting, or capturing any part of a LiveCam session is strictly prohibited.
• Sharing or distributing LiveCam content outside the Platform is prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with another user, we encourage you to use the Platform's reporting tools. For disputes with AdultWorld, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting us at [email protected]. If a resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal proceedings under the governing law specified below.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdultWorld and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you have paid to AdultWorld in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AdultWorld and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Any credits remaining in a terminated account may be forfeited if the termination is due to a violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings, and your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
